Upgrades and Changes
- Your new fitness center has a streamlined layout and a warm design and brand new equipment to keep you moving.
Your Y is one of the first Y’s anywhere to offer some of the newest cardio machines from Precor and Technogym. The technology will engage you and the functionality will add variety and efficiency to your workout. All of the cardio machines will have personal TV’s and touch-screen consoles for ease-of-use and monitoring of workouts. - New carpeting, improved energy efficient lighting and new paint and design has created a warm, fresh environment that enhances your exercise experience.
- All equipment has 3 year bumper to bumper warranties, considerably reducing maintenance costs and reducing the time that the equipment is down.

new gravity Specialty classes
Gravity Cardio
A 55-minute class that incorporates cardiovascular endurance with strength training of the Gravity system. Participants follow a cardio routine and then transition into strength training on the gravity machines.
Gravity-Pilates
A 55-minute class designed to
incorporate Pilates principals with the Gravity strength training
system. Pilates helps to lengthen your spine and improve your posture
while stretching your core. Both workouts combined create a perfect
balance of body, mind and spirit.
Gravity Circuit
A 55-minute class that combines cardio,
strength training and flexibility. This class that incorporates the
principal of circuit training with the gravity system so that its
participants are always challenge and never bored.
Ride N Glide
A 55-minute class that combines cycling and the gravity machines to enhance your cardiovascular endurance as well as strength and flexibility.
Hang N Glide
A 55-minute class that combines the gravity machines and the TRX suspension trainer. This is a fast paced intense strength workout that will leave you feeling stronger, learner and faster.

Beginning Cycling (HS)
A class designed to introduce new riders to the principals of cycling and teach them how to set up their bikes. This class will also help riders to improve their cardiovascular fitness in order to join the intermediate cycling classes.
TechnoGym Equipment

Wellness System, we have upgraded our Technogym Equipment as well.

The 880 Line features a touchscreen console and intuitive interface with a 15-inch touch screen and an iPhone/iPad dock.
Gravity sessions provide a total body workout with effective & efficient routines. The gravity machine has a pulley cable system and a glide board that helps to move your body through a variety of exercises. Resistance can be increased or decreased for each individual member needs and every movement you do works your core!
