12 Week Personal Fitness Program

Let the La Jolla YMCA help you start and stick with your exercise program.

Designed for the beginning exerciser or anyone who has been away from exercise for a while, our 12 Week Personal Fitness Program can help you make exercise a habit. The program consists of cardiovascular and strength machines.

Our coaches will start you at a level that is right for you, make step by step progressions, and monitor your progress over the 12 weeks. You will have at least 4 meetings with your coach over the 12 week period to keep you on track and growing your fitness level!

Gain the personal empowerment and independence you need to gain mastery of your health and fitness!

Fee: $25 for Technogym Key
