This parent participation class for 1,2,3 years old is a non-structured introduction to the gymnastics program. In a supervised open gym environment, children are encouraged to explore in their own comfort ability.

A transitional class for 2-3 year olds. This parent participation class will be structured as our Gym Ventures class, but with parent participation to facilitate the transition.

Gym Ventures (GV) I ......ages 3-4 | 45 min.

A fun class for 3-4 years to introduce them to gymnastics through obstacle courses and gymnastics equipment.

Class times & days: T 9:30, 4:30

Cost:

This class builds on the skills learned in GVI and continues the development of gymnastics skills.

Introduction to gymnastics. Children focus on new skills, increasing strength and flexibility.

Level 2 Gym ......ages 6 & up| 60 min.

For the intermediate student. Children much be tested before entering Level 2.

Learn jumps, stunts, cheers and tumbling.

For those who only want to work on floor skills. This class is perfect for cheerleaders or kids who want to improve their floor skills.
