Description: We aim to help a child grow towards independence without losing sight of interdependence of family members. Participants take on more of a leadership role and greater responsibility for their program. We emphasize skill development, leadership, confidence and accomplishments of the child with the support of the parents. Activities are more challenging such as hiking, skiing, horseback riding and rock climbing. Events are recreational, educational or volunteer activities.
