Water Aerobics Schedule

**Classes are 45 min. to 1 hour in length**

  • All classes are FREE with YMCA membership
  • Participants (non-members) must purchase $10 day pass
  • Proper attire required: bathing suit
  • Aqua shoes are recommended for shallow end classes; they may be purchased at sporting good stores.
  • Patrons are always encouraged to work out at their own pace. You know your body best!
  • Equipment such as foam barbells & noodles are provided & are always optional.
  • All water aerobics instructors are open to feedback. So please tell them what you think about the classes!
  • Aqua jogging classes require a water jog belt and tether.
  • The YMCA Aquatics Dept has a limited supply of extra belts & tethers.
  • Minimum of 3 exercisers needed for classes to be held. Advance registration is not necessary.
